Network printer trouble on Windows computer (error; 'Needs new driver')
Problem
When trying to print to network printer or Canon Copier, a dialog box pops up asking to install a new driver.
But, when agreeing to the update, nothing happens.
When going to Printers and Scanners, that printer has a notation of 'Needs new driver'.

Environment
- Windows computers
- Networked lab / department printers or Canon Copiers
Solution
- Delete the existing printer listing (queue).
- Re install the printer network printer queue:
