Claude usage limits automatically reset on a recurring basis determined by Anthropic's service.
What is a Skill?
A Skill is a reusable set of instructions that helps Claude perform a task consistently. Skills can be used across multiple conversations and Projects.
Can I share Skills with coworkers?
Yes. Skills can be shared with colleagues when collaboration is appropriate. Avoid including confidential information, passwords, or sensitive data within a Skill.
Can I use Claude with confidential College information?
Users should adhere to Pomona College's Student Records Privacy Policy when using Claude
What should I do if Claude gives me incorrect information?
Like all AI tools, Claude can occasionally make mistakes. Users should review all outputs before using them for business decisions, communications, reporting, or other institutional purposes.
Can I use Claude connectors or integrate Claude with other systems?
All requests for Claude connectors, integrations, or external data sources must be reviewed and approved by ITS before they are enabled. If you have a business need for a connector, please reach out to ITS.
