OnBase 22.1 Web-Client Configuration
Purpose
This article explains how to configure your workstation to work with the OnBase 22.1 Web-Client on a Windows workstation.
NOTE:
If you do not configure the local intranet sites described in this article, you will continue to get error messages when opening the OnBase 22.1 web-client URL. The OnBase 22.1 Web-Client is not compatible in MacOS devices. If you are on a MacOS device, utilize your designated AVD machine as a workaround.
Configure Local Intranet sites in Internet Options:
1.) In your Windows navigation bar, search and select Internet Options.

2.) In the Internet Properties window, select the Security tab, then select Local Intranet, and finally select Sites.

3.) The Local intranet window will open. Select Advanced.

4.) In the Local intranet tab, copy and paste the below URLs into the add website zone field, then click Add.
Note: Add the URLs one at a time.

Once you confirm that both URLs are in the Websites list, click Close.

5.) Click Ok in both the Local intranet and Internet Properties tabs - this will close both windows.
***Note: If you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, no further action is required. If you use Firefox as your browser, please continue on to the Firefox Configuration section.***
You can now use the OnBase 22.1 Web-client in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge via the following URL: https://itbdcv-obweb01p.campus.pomona.edu/AppNet

Firefox Configuration:
1.) Open Firefox.
2.) Copy and paste about:config into the address bar and hit the Enter key. Click Accept the Risk and Continue.

3.1) In the Search preference name field, copy and paste: network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris
3.2) The network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris setting will open. Click on the edit icon (pencil).
3.3.) Copy and paste https://itbdcv-obweb01p.campus.pomona.edu into the settings value. Click Save (checkmark)

4.) Repeat step 3 for the network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris setting

5.) Fully close and re-open Firefox.
You can now use the OnBase 22.1 Web-client in Firefox via the following URL: https://itbdcv-obweb01p.campus.pomona.edu/AppNet
