How to Install OnBase Unity Client 22.1
Purpose
This article explains how to install the Hyland OnBase 22.1 desktop client on a Windows workstation.
NOTE:
The OnBase Unity Client is not compatible with macOS devices.
Uninstall existing Unity Client:
1.) Navigate to the Control Panel on your workstation by searching for it in the Windows navigation bar.

2.) In the Control Panel under Programs, click Uninstall a program.

3.) From the list of programs, locate and select "Hyland Unity Client [Standard] - 1". Click Uninstall and follow the prompts to remove the application from the computer.
Note: If you do not see the Hyland Unity Client program installed, skip to the OnBase 22.1 Unity Client Installation section.

OnBase 22.1 Unity Client Installation:
1.) Click the following link to go the Box folder containing the download files: https://pomona.box.com/s/oeyss4bbe85s69lixvpfduxw8vjmslle
2.) Click Download at the top right corner of the screen.

3.) Once the download is complete, click on the download window

4.) A File Explorer window will open. Click on "Extract all", ensure the "Show extracted files when complete" box is checked, and finally click "Extract".

5.) A new window will automatically appear. Open the "OnBase 22.1 Unity Client Download" folder and double-click "setup".

6.) In the installation window that pops up, ensure that all of the application requirements are checked, then click Install.

7.) Once the requirements install, simply click "Next" for all of the setup prompts until you get to the Service Location window. Copy and Paste the following values in each box:
Once you've input all of the above values, click Next.

8.) In the Additional Settings window, ensure that the Default Mail Client is set to Microsoft Outlook. Click Next.

9.) In the Unity Configuration File Location (optional) window, de-select/uncheck the "Deploy pre-configured Unity configuration" option. Click Next.

10.) Checkmark the "Create Desktop shortcut" option and click Install. Once the installation completes, click Finish.

11.) The OnBase Unity Client installation is now complete. You can use the Unity Client desktop client to open OnBase.
