Not receiving Everbridge Emergency notifications
The information below will show one what to check for if not receiving notifications (calls, emails, texts) through the Claremont Colleges' emergency notification service, Everbridge.
A couple items to check:
- For Everbridge:
- If you are on campus, do not use Claremont-Guest wireless. Use PomonaCollege or Eduroam wifi.
- Open a new incognito window (Google Chrome) or new private window (Safari, Firefox or Edge).
- Log into https://my.pomona.edu/ICS/Everbridge.jnz .
- Click on the 'Everbridge Form' link.
- For all contact information that you enter, make sure those entries have notification is set to 'ON'.
Then, click 'Submit'.

- ITS is finding that some have accidentally blocked the Everbridge text number.
Please check to see if the Everbridge number (89361) is blocked on your phone:
- iPhone (iOS) users, please click here to unblock texts or to unblock phone numbers.
- Android phone users, please click here to unblock texts OR click here to unblock phone numbers.
