Not receiving Everbridge Emergency notifications

The information below will show one what to check for if not receiving notifications (calls, emails, texts) through the Claremont Colleges' emergency notification service, Everbridge.

A couple items to check:

For Everbridge:
1. If you are on campus, do not use Claremont-Guest wireless. Use PomonaCollege or Eduroam wifi.
2. Open a new incognito window (Google Chrome) or new private window (Safari, Firefox or Edge).
3. Log into https://my.pomona.edu/ICS/Everbridge.jnz .
4. Click on the 'Everbridge Form' link.
5. For all contact information that you enter, make sure those entries have notification is set to 'ON'.
  
  Then, click 'Submit'.
ITS is finding that some have accidentally blocked the Everbridge text number.

Please check to see if the Everbridge number (89361) is blocked on your phone:
1. iPhone (iOS) users, please click here to unblock texts or to unblock phone numbers.
2. Android phone users, please click here to unblock texts OR click here to unblock phone numbers.
