Mac keeps unregistering from the Pomona Wireless Network on Mac OS 15 Sequoia
Introduction
Private Address is a feature that allows your device to use a random MAC address for your Wi-Fi network in attempt to thwart tracking. However, this causes problems with network registration on Pomona's wireles networks (Pomona, PomonaCollege and Eduroam), which requires a static MAC address to allow network access. If your computer becomes frequently unregistered on the network, you will need to disable this feature.
Steps to Disable Private Address
To disable private address on your Mac OS 15 Sequoia:
Click on the Apple logo in the top-left corner of your screen and select System Settings.
From the list of available network connections on the left-hand side, select Wi-Fi.
Click on the Details button

In the Wi-Fi settings window, set the Private Address setting to Off. This will disable the private address feature for the selected Wi-Fi network.

Click OK to save the changes and close the Wi-Fi settings window. You may need to turn off and turn on your Wi-Fi for the changes to take effect.
