Can't completely open archived email (with AOneSearch link)

Problem

Can't open full text of an email message that appears to have been parcally archived. The email contains a AOneSearch link.

Answer

Up till around 2015, the College was using an email archiving service call C2C ArchiveOne to mitigate issues caused by email accounts running over their size quota.

Unfortunately, this service crashed. ITS made the best effort to recover all possible messages from the archiving service before the Archive service was decommissioned.

Some messages were unrecoverable. No further recovery is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
