'Adobe Acrobat wants to use the 'Local Items' Keychain' message
Problem
The message of 'Adobe Acrobat wants to use the 'Local Items' keychain keeps appearing, constantly prompting of the password.

Environmental
- Mac OS
- Adobe Creative Cloud apps installed, especially Adobe Acrobat.
Solution 1
- Enter your Mac login password.
- If not accepted, enter in your Pomona College password.
If that does not work, proceed to Solution 2
Solution 2
- Open the Keychain. Search for and delete references to Adobe.
- Restart the computer.
- You may need to re-authenticate to Adobe Create Cloud Desktop.
If that does not work, proceed to Solution 3.
Solution 3
- Go to the Go menu and select 'Go to Folder'.
- Type ~Library and press the Return key.
- In the window that opens, find and open the 'Keychain' folder.
- In the 'Keychain' folder, create a new folder named 'BACKUP'.
- Look for folder(s) with names that have 5 sets of hexadecimal numbers in them (e.g. A8F5E7B8-CEC1-4479-A7DF-F23CB076C8B8). Move those folder(s) to the BACKUP folder.
WARNING: Do not move any of the files in the Keychain folder.
- Restart the computer.
The Adobe Acrobat password prompt should no longer appear or should not accept the current Mac password.
