Microsoft OneDrive

NOTE:

Pomona College Faculty, Staff, and current students are all provided 1 TB of cloud storage via Microsoft OneDrive as a part of our overall Microsoft Campus Licensing Agreement.

There are several ways you can access your data in OneDrive.

Access OneDrive using a web browser:

Sign into your Pomona email at https://mail.pomona.edu .
In the upper left corner, click on the grid of dots to view all Microsoft 365 apps.
Select OneDrive from the list of apps

Access OneDrive using the OneDrive desktop client application:

Run the OneDrive application from either the Start Menu (Windows computers) or the Applications folder (macOS computers)
- On personal computers, you can downloaded and install the desktop client from https://www.onedrive.com/download .
- On most college-owned computers, the app is already pre-installed.
Sign in using your Pomona credentials.
Your OneDrive files will now be accessible in a folder structure that matches your operating system.

Access OneDrive using a mobile device application:

Download the Microsoft OneDrive app from your phone's App Store.
Sign in using your Pomona credentials
