Microsoft OneDrive

Pomona College Faculty, Staff, and current students are all provided 1 TB of cloud storage via Microsoft OneDrive as a part of our overall Microsoft Campus Licensing Agreement.
There are several ways you can access your data in OneDrive.
Access OneDrive using a web browser:
- Sign into your Pomona email at https://mail.pomona.edu .
- In the upper left corner, click on the grid of dots to view all Microsoft 365 apps.
- Select OneDrive from the list of apps
Access OneDrive using the OneDrive desktop client application:
- Run the OneDrive application from either the Start Menu (Windows computers) or the Applications folder (macOS computers)
- On personal computers, you can downloaded and install the desktop client from https://www.onedrive.com/download .
- On most college-owned computers, the app is already pre-installed.
- Sign in using your Pomona credentials.
- Your OneDrive files will now be accessible in a folder structure that matches your operating system.
Access OneDrive using a mobile device application:
- Download the Microsoft OneDrive app from your phone's App Store.
- Sign in using your Pomona credentials
