The Quiz Tool

2. Click on the Start button to proceed.
3. To begin crafting a quiz, click on Add a Question. This will provide you with the different question types available: multiple choice, reflection points, true/false, and open-ended questions. Select the choice that best suits your needs.
4. While each question type will look slightly different, for each, you will need to make some inputs. For example, for the multiple-choice question type, you will need to input the question the correct answer, and other answer choices. Click Save when all your alterations are complete.
The newly created quiz will appear on your timeline as marked by a small cube quiz icon. You can move where the quiz pops up by dragging the icon to a different time in the timeline. You can make further edits to your quiz by simply clicking on the icon.
The Editor Tool
The editor tool is where you can split your video, set it in and out, fade your video in and out, and crop your video.
To trim media or create a clip, you need to define the range you want to keep or make a clip from. To do so you can move your mouse to the appropriate start position and click on set in. Then move your mouse to the desired end position and click on set out. You can also just drag the ends of your timeline.
The split tool (scissors) can also be helpful for creating clips, especially when you don't just intend to make one.

To undo any edits, users can click the undo button. Of course, there is also a redo button. Make sure to click Save a Copy before exiting the Video Editor.
Note: Clicking Save will overwrite the original video. There is no reversing this.
Hotspots Tool
The hotspots tool creates clickable objects in a video; users can customize what happens when a viewer clicks the hotspot. For example, viewers can be led to another video, a form, a wiki article, a pdf, or a different time point in the video. Other potential uses for hotspots are to encourage viewers to take the next steps in a sequence, to link to different points in the video, or to offer additional facts on a topic.
1. On the left-side menu, click on the Hotspots tab button marked by the image of a mouse clicking on a box.
2. Click on Add Hotspot
3. Users can either select input a Url or time in the video to direct viewers to. Select the appropriate choice in the Go to row and fill in a title and appropriate information for each option.
4. Click on Advanced Settings to make adjustments related to the shape, color, transparency, and font of your hotspot. You can also find settings related to your timeline timing here.
The newly created hotspot will appear above your timeline.
5. You can drag the ends of the hotspot to extend the time it is displayed. You can also drag the hotspot itself to move it or click on the hotspot itself to make any needed edits.
