Jabber error 'Cannot find your services automatically. Click Advanced settings to set up manually'
Errors
- Cannot find your services automatically. Click advanced settings to set up manually
- Too many incorrect logins. Try again in an hour.
- Cannot connect to the server Internal server error
Environment
Solution
- Look in the system tray and see if Jabber is running

- Right click on Jabber and select exit Cisco Jabber.

- Open C: Drive, then go into Users folder

- Open the user's folder (eg., aaa02023). In the address bar, add 'AppData' to the end of the folder address.
Then, press the Enter key to open the AppData folder.

- The AppData folder should now be open.

- Open the Local folder
- Open the Cisco folder.

- Open the Unified Communication folder.

- Delete the Jabber folder
- Hit the backup arrow 3 times so that you are back to the AppData folder.


- Open the Roaming folder.
- Open the Cisco Folder.

- Open the Unified Communication folder.

- Delete the Jabber folder.

Jabber should now work. Please try it again.
