How to Access a Public Folder Calendar in Webmail
Public folders are designed for shared access and provide an easy and effective way to collect, organize, and share information with other people in your workgroup or organization. Public folders help make content in a deep hierarchy easier to browse. Users will see the full hierarchy in Outlook, which makes it easy for them to find the content they're interested in.
The easiest way to view public folders across all operating systems (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, etc) is through webmail (http://mail.pomona.edu) .
The instructions below will show one how to access a Public Folder Calendar in Webmail:
- In your preferred web browser, log into http://mail.pomona.edu .
- Right click (ctrl + click, on a Mac) on 'Folder' on the left side. Select the 'Add public folder to Favorites' option.

- In the window that open on the right side, expand the 'All Public Folders' listing (click the angle bracket).

- Keep expanding the Public Folders (using the angle brackets) till you get to the desired calendar. Then, select it and click on 'Add Public Folder' .

- Click on the Calendar icon on the left side.
Expand the 'Other calendars' listing (using the angle bracket).
Click on the desired calendar listing.
NOTE: To see only the desired calendar, unselect 'Calendar' under 'My calendars'.

The desired public folder calendar should now be in full view.
