'TypeError _45F is null' error running report in Cognos
Problem
When attempting to run a report in Cognos (http://cognos.pomona.edu), the following error appears:
TypeError: _4SF is null
Environment
- Windows and Macintosh
- Firefox
Solution
This is an issue just with Firefox. Instead, please use Chrome or Edge.
