Install licensed software on Pomona College owned Windows computer (via Software Center)

The instructions below will show one how to install software (licensed to Pomona College) on college-owned Windows computers.

It is possible to self install IBM SPSS Statistics, Endnote, Microsoft Visio and much more.

NOTE:

These instructions assume that you have the Software Center utility installed on the computer. Older computers may not have this software.

To install software on your Windows computer, please to the following:

Go to the Windows search menu (lower left corner) and type 'Software'.
In the Software Center window that open, click on the desired software to install.

The software should be available from the Windows start menu within a few minutes.

If you encounter trouble with the installation, or if you do not see Self Service in the Applications folder, please call the ITS Service Desk at (909) 621-8061 from your office.
