How to Clear Your Browser History (Cache)

When you use the Internet to access web pages, files, images and other downloaded content, your web browser caches information on your computer. Sometimes clearing this information will resolve issues accessing a web application.

NOTES:

To test if your browser cache is causing problems with authenticate and/or access to a website, please try this. Open a new incognito window (Google Chrome) or new private window (Safari, Firefox or Edge).
Then, try the website again. If you can authenticate and/or access to a website, use the instructions below to clear you browser's cache.

Warning:

Clearing your browsing history may remove saved login information (passwords) for other websites.

Chrome

Press the SHIFT+CONTROL+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time

OR

Click the settings icon select Tools, Clear Browsing Data
Change Clear the following items from to "the beginning of time"
Select the first four items
Click the Clear browsing data button

Safari

For MacOS - From the Safari menu, select History > Clear History and choose All Time for the time range.
For iOS - Go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.

Mozilla Firefox

Press the SHIFT+CONTROL+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time

OR

From the Tools menu at the top of the browser window, select Clear Recent History. Note: If you don't have the top navigation menu, use the Firefox icon in the upper left corner
Select Everything in the Time range to clear
Select Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, and Cache in the Details section
Click the Clear Now button

Edge/Internet Explorer

Press the SHIFT+CONTROL+DELETE keys on your keyboard at the same time

OR

From the Tools menu at the top of the browser window, select Delete Browsing History. Note: If you don't have the top navigation menu, use the Tools drop-down menu in the upper right corner
Select the first four items
Click the Delete button
