PomonaCollege
Pomona College faculty, staff and students devices that CAN authenticate using a username and password (e.g. laptop, phone & tablet).
- Select the PomonaCollege wireless network and enter your Pomona College username and password:
- Visit https://registration.pomona.edu
- Register device
This network requires an active CAMPUS.POMONA.EDU account.
All devices must register - FortiNAC: User Registration
This network requires 802.1X authentication, please see Devices that Do Not Support 802.1X Authentication for unsupported devices.
Pomona
Pomona College faculty, staff and students devices that CAN NOT authenticate using a username and password (e.g. smart light-bulb, XBox, etc.).
- Select the Pomona wireless network
- Visit https://registration.pomona.edu
- Register device
This network requires an active CAMPUS.POMONA.EDU account.
All devices must register - FortiNAC: Sponsored Device Registration
EDUROAM
EDUROAM partner institutions, including all Claremont consortium members, visiting Pomona's campus using devices that CAN authenticate using a username and password (e.g. laptop, phone & tablet).
When traveling outside of Pomona's campus faculty, staff and students can use EDUROAM. This network available across the consortium and many other institutions - eduroam U.S. Locator Map - InCommon.
- Select the EDUROAM wireless network and enter your Pomona College username and password:
This network requires an active account affiliated with EDUROAM.
This network requires 802.1X authentication, please see Devices that Do Not Support 802.1X Authentication for unsupported devices.

Claremont-ETC
Claremont-ETC should be used to connect devices that require Internet access but do not support Pomona's secure authentication methods. This includes smart TVs, smart lights and other smart home devices, Alexas, etc.
Please do not use Claremont-ETC for regular internet access on computers, tablets, and smart phones.
Connect to the Claremont-ETC network. When prompted for a password, use Cl@remontI0T
This network is slated for retirement and replacement.
Claremont-Guest
CLAREMONT-GUEST is for guests to campus with no Claremont Colleges or EDUROAM affiliation.
- Select the Claremont-Guest
- Upon connection, guests will need to register by providing an e-mail address.

The network uses a captive portal and requires registration every 24 hours.

Wireless Network: EDUROAM
Example Use Cases:
- Pomona alumni, faculty, staff or student visiting neighboring college and connecting a laptop, a mobile phone or a tablet.
- Non-Pomona students visiting campus Pomona's Campus and connecting and connecting a laptop, a mobile phone or a tablet.
- Alumni, faculty, staff or student Apple or Android tablet.
Wireless Network: Claremont-Guest
Example Use Cases:
- Parents visiting campus connecting a laptop, a mobile phone or a tablet
- Campus guests with no higher education affiliation
- Campus tour attendees

Example Use Cases:

- Pomona faculty, staff or student connecting a gaming device
